The Company
An ICP (Independent Connection Provider); this company is one of the market leaders in this sector. With major clients consistently feeding them high amounts of work, they are always busy but this hasn't at all changed the quality of work they produce. Approaching their 10-year anniversary and with the ability to get much repeat business from current clients, they will continue to expand over the coming years. Due to the amount of work, a need for a Site Manager has arisen.
The Role
As Site Manager, your role will be to be the go-to guy on sites for their various High Voltage and Low Voltage projects across the UK. As Site Manager, you will report to the Senior Project Manager in order to provide up-to-date goings-on for each site you are responsible for. The Site Manager is responsible for all things site-based including the professionals on-site that will be present. You may find yourself managing more than one site at a time so your day may involve some traveling.
The stream of work this contractor is currently getting through is at an all-time high and with more work coming in, a shortage of work is not on the cards for a very long time if ever. You would receive a company car in order to cover the sites for which you would be responsible. Experience in the High Voltage or Low Voltage side of things as well as Civils experience would be hugely beneficial.
Requirements
- Tickets: CSCS/ SMSTS/ SSSTS/ NRSWA
- Previous experience as a Site Manager
- Previous experience in High Voltage (HV) and/ or Low Voltage (LV) Projects
- Able to travel to various sites across the UK
