A specialist rail contractor has identified the need to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
This is a tier 2 SME rail contractor who has built a strong reputation in the sector, and traditionally have a low staff turnover rate.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be overseeing your own projects using the NEC, NR4 and NR9 forms of contract.
Senior Quantity Surveyor applicants must come from a rail background.
This role is offering 3 days in the office/site and 2 days per week from home.
Please note, they would also consider a day rate option for the right Senior Quantity Surveyor.
