A main contractor with a history of delivering multi-disciplined schemes up to the value of £100m is on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is initially for a scheme for Nuneaton College, but will then be going back to Oxfordshire. Therefore, this role would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who lives in close proximity to the Banbury area.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with a Lead QS in overseeing the commercial function of this project. There will be junior members of staff under your guidance too.
Senior Quantity Surveyor applicants must come from a structured career history working for main contractors successfully delivering JCT D&B projects. Ideally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have previous experience in Education projects.
