A specialist, family-run groundworks, basement and RC frame contractor has seen an increase in workload recently. They have identified the need to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their up and coming team.
They have forecasted an impressive year ahead and wish to continue expanding as a company.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor must come from a background of working for specialist groundworks, basement and RC frame contractors. Their projects are within the M25 and Northern Home Counties, so ability to travel is a must with their office being in Bedfordshire.
A Junior QS will also be under your supervision.
