The Company
A leader in the civil engineering and tunnelling sector with over 40 years of experience. With a number of contracts in their respective sectors, they are very well renowned and are capable of carrying out projects to the highest of standards which in turn, has enabled them to garner more work. An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor.
The Role
A Quantity Surveyor is required to join the Commercial Team on a portfolio of HS2 contracts that strictly deal with the tunnelling side of the project. With a commercial team in place and these individual packages coming thick and fast, more hands-on-deck are needed and as Quantity Surveyor, you would be responsible for your own portfolio of packages each being £5m+. The projects are being done on the NEC contract type.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Rail sector
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Degree educated in a relevant discipline.
