A civils contractor is looking for a long-term successor to their Pre-Construction Director. This is going to be in the mould of a Pre-Construction Manager.
As a company they undertake civils projects incorporating externals, landscaping, paving, and infrastructure.
Previous experience in a similar role as Pre-Construction Manager or a Project Manager that has been involved in Pre-Construction would be ideal. Experience working for a civils or utilities contractor is also required.
